Zanta is operated by SparkMesh LLC ("SparkMesh LLC", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Zanta, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with them.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Service.

Service Description

Zanta is a product of SparkMesh LLC. Zanta provides AI-powered tools for generating videos and images from text or image inputs. Independent service, not affiliated with model providers. The underlying technology evolves rapidly, and outputs may vary.

Zanta relies on third-party infrastructure and providers for payments, authentication, storage, email delivery, and AI model execution. Those providers may change over time.

User Accounts

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Usage Rights & Ownership

• You retain ownership of the inputs you upload.
• Subject to full payment of credits or subscriptions, you may use generated outputs for personal and commercial purposes, provided your use complies with applicable law, these Terms, and any applicable third-party model or platform rules.
• You grant Zanta.ai a non-exclusive license to host, copy, and display your inputs and outputs solely to provide and improve the Service.

Credits & Payments

• Services are consumed using credits, which can be purchased or obtained via subscription.
• Purchases are generally non-refundable unless specified in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• We may change pricing and credit usage rates at any time.

Acceptable Use & Safety

• Do not create hateful, violent, sexually explicit, exploitative, deceptive, or illegal content.
• Do not use the Service to impersonate real people, create harmful deepfakes, or violate another person’s privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
• Do not reverse engineer, abuse, or interfere with the Service, our systems, or other users.
• We may block prompts, reject uploads, remove outputs, limit features, or suspend access when activity appears to create safety, compliance, or payment risk.

Suspension, Termination & Service Changes

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create operational or compliance risk, or abuse billing or generation systems.

We may add, remove, rate-limit, or modify features, model availability, credits, pricing, and service limits at any time. Zanta is provided on an as-available basis and may experience downtime, delays, or provider-side interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

Zanta is provided as is without warranties of any kind. SparkMesh LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
